What is your aspiration for DynaFront?
DynaFront is build on one theme – to guarantee cost effective and quality delivery through innovative solution to enable our partner to excel. We believe in upholding our integrity to provide only the best services to all well-deserved clients. This is because we believed that only through these qualities and cost-effective solutions we are able to gain trust from our clients and thus, our company continues to grow. In time to come, DynaFront will be the household name in the insurance industry in the South Pacific Region.
How was the name "DynaFront" being formed?
DynaFront believes in championing Dynamic solutions in the new Frontier for the betterment of the industry. The name is being synonymous to "Dynamic" and "Frontier".
What is the strength of DynaFront?
Our strength lies in our key competency in the insurance industry, allowing us to gain an in-depth understanding of the industry’s internal technology challenges.
In what way, would you think that DynaFront’s products have benefited the industry?
DynaFront has helped insurers’ profits from new distribution and customer propositions through developing and deploying speed-to-market channel solutions especially in the front-end sales solutions. On the operations, DynaFront offers dynamic yet robust administration systems with a comprehensive array of modules. We understand that each of our clients have its unique business needs and technology challenges. As a result, we offer full integration services through customized middleware applications. Through our unique combination of technology competencies and industry domain knowledge, DynaFront offers a family of solutions that help our clients gain measurable business advantages and maximize return on technology investment objectives.

About DynaFront

During the middle of 90s, the insurance economy in Malaysia had undergone booming transformations. From the introduction of Unit-linked business, extending business channels through Bancassurance, emerging aggressive strategy to capture market share, to capitalizing Muslim market through Takaful products have paved numerous challenges to provide better sales and service. The decade proved to be demanding especially to the IT support being due to its rigidity and obsolete technology. Many struggles were employed for improvement but were faced with a stumbling block.

In the year 1996, a few Malaysians formed a vision. It was a vision that was embarked by a few to challenge the multitudes into proving its viability. In 1997, the first-of-its-kind was invented - the technology to provide seamless and speedy sales process with the adoption of the latest technology. It captured its first market with the biggest local insurance company in Malaysia. Agility, mobility and speed to market were the name of the business game. DynaFront proceeded to make a technology breakthrough through the latest invention – the miniature sales tool in the size of a palm. The new invention stormed market with ever increasing demands. Throughout the chapters behind DynaFront, relentless efforts of research and development have been further excelled to serve the industry with more innovative technologies.

In reminiscence, the year 1996 was when DynaFront was established in Malaysia with only a handful of employees seeking new technology frontier. It has expanded internationally and has established a representative office in Singapore. DynaFront is supported by a network of prominent business partners and distributors throughout Asia-Pacific. In line with the business strategy, DynaFront has also formulated partnership programs with the world’s leading companies namely IBM, Oracle and Sun. As to date, DynaFront has developed a growing clientele of local and multinational companies throughout the major Asia pacific markets by providing the “best-of-breed” solutions in timely manner.
