Co-founder and major shareholder of DynaFront, he brought along more than 20 years of IT knowledge and experiences in the insurance industry. He was the Co-winner of Chivas Regal Achievement Unlimited Awards 2001, organized to pay tribute to IT achievers. Graduated from the Campbell University of USA, he held a few managerial positions in other corporate organizations before setting DynaFront.
Deeply rooted on the company’s core values as the four pillars of strength, Mr. Chan has created a strong and discipline working culture for the company.
Mr. Chan is also the driving force and instrumental in managing and leading DynaFront business expansion. His critical responsibilities include formulating strategic alliances, setting strategic direction for products development, creating opportunity for business expansion and to chart out proper development plan for all staffs.
One of the co-founders and shareholder, she brought with her more than 20 years of IT experience into DynaFront. Graduated from Campbell University, she was then attached to several multinational companies and played major role in her respective fields.
Before joining DynaFront, Ms. Gan worked as Lotus Notes Consultant at Petronas Malaysia Berhad and SolsisNet. Her critical responsibilities include quality compliance for all front-end Lotus Notes projects and project management. Major projects managed include UOB Life Singapore, AmAssurance Malaysia, Prudential Hong Kong, Prudential Malaysia, Mayban Life Malaysia and New York Life Taiwan.
Ms. Gan has been an instrument and a strong advocate for quality and on-time delivery for all solution delivery projects undertaken by the company. Under her strong leadership, many large scale projects undertaken by the company has exceeded client expectation and within budgets.
A graduate from University of Western Ontario with Bachelor Of Science (Honours) for Actuarial Science, Mr. Ho has been in the insurance industry for more than 22 years. His involvement in the insurance industry includes actuarial valuation and marketing research & development for bancassurance and agency development. Prior to joining DynaFront, he was the head of marketing department for Asia Life (Malaysia) Berhad reporting to the CEO.
Mr. Ho is currently in charge of business development unit that includes Market Intelligent research, Business Development for overseas market and Business Consulting for project implementation during requirement and design phases.
A graduate from Informatics College, Malaysia with Advance diploma in Computer Studies since 1993, Mr. Gan started his career as software programmer for Prudential Assurance Malaysia. In prudential, he was one of the key developers involved in redeveloping the entire insurance administration system from scratch, using Informix 4GL development tools and RDBMS system.
Over many years of exposure in developing the system, Mr. Gan has gain extensive knowledge in insurance business before assuming current position as Chief Architect. His current and past involvement in projects includes UOB Life Singapore, AmAssurance Malaysia, Sequis Life Indonesia, Axa Affin Malaysia and Hong Leong Assurance.
Together with a team of dedicated and industry veterans, Mr. Gan has successfully developed and launched the latest web based life insurance framework that provides full functional flexibilities. The framework supports traditional, annuities, unit-linked and universal life insurance products and has shortened implementation life cycle substantially.
A graduate from RIMA College, Malaysia with NCC diploma in Computer Studies since 1993 and as Technician Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Institute Megatech, Mr. Lew started his career as software programmer for CB Marketing Sdn Bhd, Malaysia upon graduation.
Mr. Lew joined DynaFront in 1998 as a programmer involved in developing the entire policy administration system for Axa Affin Malaysia. He subsequently moved on to be the project leader in developing the unit-linked system for Sequislife Indonesia.
Mr. Lew’s expertise is unit-linked system and his current and past project implementation includes UOB Life Singapore, AmAssurance Malaysia, Sequislife Indonesia and Axa Affin Malaysia. His deep insurance knowledge for unit linked business makes him a key player in ensuring a smooth implementation of unit-linked related systems.
Graduated from Campbell University in North Carolina, USA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in year 2002, Ms. Lim started her career with DynaFront as a programmer upon graduation and became project manager in year 2008.
Ms. Lim’s current and past projects implementation includes AmAssurance Malaysia, Sequis Life Indonesia, Axa Affin Malaysia and CIMB Aviva Malaysia. Her strong knowledge in insurance business, java technologies and excellent interpersonal skill enable her to carry out her project management duty with minimum difficulties.
Ms. Wong is a graduate from Informatics College, Malaysia with Cambridge diploma in Computer Studies. Ms. Wong joined DynaFront in 1998 as a programmer involved in developing the entire front-end system for international companies like Prudential, Great Eastern and New York Life. Her role in DynaFront has been wide encompassing quality assurance, trouble shooting to providing consultation on improvements of software and system engineering. Subsequently, she took on challenging role as a project leader in developing the Life Administrative system for AmLife, Malaysia and Sequislife Indonesia.
Ms. Wong's expertise lies in the Products and New Business modules for PrecentiaLife. Her current and past project implementation includes AmAssurance Malaysia, Sequislife Indonesia, Prudential, Great Eastern, New York Life and Mayban Life. Her deep insurance knowledge for Life business makes her a key player in ensuring a smooth implementation for both the back-end and front-end systems.
