Chan Eng Lim | Chairman & CEO Co-founder and major shareholder of DynaFront, he brought along more than 16 years of IT knowledge and experiences in the insurance industry. He is also the Co-winner of Chivas Regal Achievement Unlimited Awards 2001, organized to pay tribute to IT achievers. Graduated from the Campbell University of USA, he held a few managerial positions in other corporate organizations before setting DynaFront. He is now the driving force and instrumental in managing and leading DynaFront business expansion. His critical responsibilities include formulating strategic alliances, setting strategic direction for products development, creating opportunity for business expansion and to chart out proper development plan for all staffs. |

Gan Hui Ping | COO, Operation One of the co-founders and shareholder, she brought with her more than 16 years of IT experience into DynaFront. Graduated from Campbell University, she was then attached to several multinational companies and played major role in her respective fields. Before joining DynaFront, she worked as Lotus Notes Consultant at Petronas Malaysia Berhad and SolsisNet. Her critical responsibilities include quality compliance for all front-end Lotus Notes projects and project management. Major projects managed include Prudential Hong Kong, Prudential Malaysia, Mayban Life Malaysia and New York Life Taiwan. |

Chan Choong Wai | Senior Vice President, QA & Compliance He is one of the co-founders and major shareholders of DynaFront. He brought with him over 16 years of IT knowledge and experience in the insurance industry into DynaFront. He graduated from Campbell University in North Carolina, USA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics in 1988. He started work in Sime Darby Systems Sdn Bhd in June 1988 as a programmer developing general insurance system for general insurance companies. He subsequently joined Sistemaju Software Sdn Bhd as an Analyst Programmer in the IT Department in 1991 and subsequently joined Prudential as an Executive in the IT Department in 1992 before being promoted to a Deputy Manager in 1994. He left Prudential in 1996 to set up DynaFront with the other 2 co-founders. His key responsibilities are the determination of quality assurance and industry compliance. He is one of the expert in life back-end systems and has advised and managed projects for solutions delivery for Tahan Insurance Malaysia Berhad’s PowerLife system, Hong Leong Assurance Berhad’s Unit-Linked system and Prudential’s claims and reassurance system. |

Ho Yee Karm | VP Business Consulting A graduate from University of Western Ontario with Bachelor Of Science (Honours) for Actuarial Science, Mr Ho has been in the insurance industry for more than 18 years. His involvement in the insurance industry includes actuarial valuation and marketing research & development for bancassurance and agency development. Prior to joining DynaFront, he was the head of marketing department for Asia Life (Malaysia) Berhad reporting to the CEO. Mr Ho is currently in charge of business development unit that includes Market Intelligent research, Business Development for oversea market and Business Consulting for project implementation during requirement and design phases. |

Gan Hui Khoon | AVP, Solution Consultant A graduate from Informatics College, Malaysia with Advance diploma in Computer Studies since 1993, Mr. Gan started his career as software programmer for Prudential Assurance Malaysia upon graduation. He is one of the key developers involved in redeveloping the entire insurance administration system from scratch, using Informix 4GL development tools and RDBMS system. Over many years of exposure in developing the system, he has gain extensive knowledge in insurance business before joining DynaFront in 1997. Mr Gan is now the Solution Adviser to solution delivery team implementing Powerlife project to PT Sequislife Insurance company in Indonesia. Coming from the technical background and with strong insurance knowledge, he plays an important role in providing advice services to DynaFront’s solution delivery team during the initial implementation phases. |

Teoh Ee Hong | Manager, Finance & HR A Certified Practicing Accountant of CPA Australia and Chartered Accountant from Malaysia Institute of Accountants, Ms Teoh has been working as an auditor for Moore Stephens accounting firm and as an accountant for listed company Dolomite Corporation Berhad before joining DynaFront as Assistant Finance Manager in year 2004. Ms. Teoh is currently in charge of Finance and Human Resource department and her duty include human resource development, financials accounting, statutory compliances, credit control and payroll. |

Low Liang Boon | Manager, Solution Delivery A graduate from University of South Dakota of USA with Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Bachelor Degree in Economics since 1999, Mr Low started his career as software programmer for Cyprus Intersoft and Optical Solutions, Minneapolis, USA after his graduation until 2002 and became a scuba diving instructor for more than a year before joining DynaFront in year 2005 as Analyst Programmer. Mr. Low is now the Project Manager implementing Powerlife project to PT Sequislife Insurance company in Indonesia. His good knowledge in insurance business, java technologies and excellent interpersonal skill enable him to carry out his project management duty with minimum difficulties. |

Chong Yew See | Manager, Solution Delivery A graduate from Campbell University of USA with Bachelor of Science for Computer Science. Prior to joining Dynafront in 2004 as Project Manager, she was at Reliance Computer System for 7 years. She posesses a wide range of significant knowledge and experience in software developments, system integration, application systems and IT services work. She also played an important leading role for HRS (attendance & payroll), Procurement System, ERP and Hotel Management System before joining DynaFront. Ms Chong is currently the Project Manager to Prudential Assurance Malaysia's Takaful Claim System. Her excellent understanding in claim processes and overall insurance business make it easier for her jobs. Ms Chong is also in charge of maintaining Tahan Insurance Berhad's LifeFront policy administration system that was written in MS Visual Basic environment. |

Lew Soon Seng | Manager, Solution Delivery A graduate from RIMA College, Malaysia with NCC diploma in Computer Studies since 1993 and as Technician Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Institute Megatech, Mr. Lew started his career as software programmer for CB Marketing Sdn Bhd, Malaysia upon graduation. Mr. Lew joined DynaFront in 1998 as a programmer involved in developing the entire policy administration system for Tahan Insurance Berhad, Malaysia. He subsequently moved on to be the project leader in developing the unit-linked system for Sequislife Indonesia. Mr. Lew is currently the project leader for unit-linked module for Powerlife. His deep insurance knowledge for insurance business to both traditional and unit-linked systems makes him a key player in ensuring a smooth implementation of Powerlife system. |

Chong Kong Keong | Manager, C. Service & Networking A graduate from KDU College, Malaysia with Diploma in Information Technology since 1995, Mr. Chong started his career as Information System Officer for UOB Finance (M) Berhad upon graduation. He joined Compcare Services Sdn Bhd as Network Engineer supporting and maintaining Networks for LAN/WAN solutions in 1997 and was a Systems & Network Specialist for MCSB Systems Berhad since 1999 until 2003. Mr Chong’s last responsibility was an IT Technical Consultant for FCC Technology Sdn Bhd before joining DynaFront as Customer Service and Network Manager. Mr Chong’s plays an important role in providing best after sales customer services that includes handling walk-in agents with notebook, PDA or Smartphones. His team also conduct off site training and support services whenever required. |
