Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.


You will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. You will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfil client needs.

You are to have the necessary experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. You are to enhance the company's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

You report to a Project Director.


  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation

  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

  • Use and continually develop leadership skills

  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs


  • Proven working experience in project management

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Project Libre

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / Scrum Master / SAFe certification is a plus

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience


Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to undertake marketing and sales activities for the company. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will be involved in creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for the company's success according to trends and customer requirements.

You must have strong desire to excel in your career and be very creative in techniques and methods to promote company's products, services and public image. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer's interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen the company's reputation and facilitate continuous growth.

You must be willing to travel to oversea in carrying out your duty whenever necessary.


  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies

  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication

  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.)

  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance


  • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role in insurance software industry

  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods

  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices

  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and marketing software

  • Familiarity with social media

Software Programmer

Job Description

You will be part of a productive team responsible for the development and maintenance of one or more of our current software products. You will work within an enterprise environment with state-of-art technologies. The opportunity to work with overseas clients and will develop your international client exposure.


  • To develop accurate and efficient programs according to specifications.

  • Participate in the complete software development life cycle.

  • Assist in the design of systems and analysis of program specifications.

  • System & user documentation.

  • Maintaining and enhancing existing software modules.

  • To work as a team as well as work independently to resolve the assigned projects.

  • To diagnose issues accurately and provide a solution to improve the efficiency of the system.

  • To maintain the current system; new features, bugs fixing, code refactoring and performance optimization.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

  • Required skill(s): Java J2SE & J2EE, XML, Spring Framework, OPP Methodology, Database Server, Open Source, ASP,, Mobile App Development Skills, Hibernate 5.

  • Familiar with Database knowledge such as IBM DB2, MYSQL. Knowledge in IBM, Websphere & IBM Cognos, Android SDK and iOS SDK.

  • Strong Object-Oriented Design and Jave Development Experience.

  • Experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOAP/WSDL and REST-based services), database skills such as store procedures and triggers or Agile/Scrum Methodology and exposure to GIT/Maven/Jenkins is an advantage.

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

  • Able to work well independently and collaboratively with people at various levels.

  • Possess initiative and drive.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a related field as stated.
