2025​​

• In November 2025, our Group has entered into a strategic partnership with PT Indocyber Global Technology (Indocyber) as our exclusive Value-Added Reseller (VAR) in Indonesia. Under this partnership, Indocyber will exclusively represent and resell DynaFront’s suite of innovative insurance technology solutions across Indonesia, strengthening our market presence and enhancing our ability to support insurers and partners throughout the country.

• In August 2025, our Group entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Alpaca Vietnam Limited Company (Alpaca) to establish a strategic partnership focusing on collaboration in insurance technology solutions and expanding joint business operations in Vietnam, Taiwan, Malaysia and Indonesia.

• In August 2025, our Group declared a first second-tier interim dividend of RM0.005 per ordinary share for the financial year ending 30 June 2025. 

2024​

• In September 2024, our Group successfully implemented PrecentiaGroup, the comprehensive group life insurance system on a microservices-based platform, to a Japanese multinational life insurance company in Indonesia.

• In September 2024, our Group paid out a second single-tier interim dividend of RM0.007 per ordinary share for the financial year ending 30 June 2024.

• In August 2024, our Group declared a second single-tier interim dividend of RM0.007 per ordinary share for the financial year ending 30 June 2024.

• In March 2024, our Group entered into a cooperation agreement with PT Higea Medika Insura Solusi Indonesia in developing a third party administrator services for health insurance claim at medical service providers in Indonesia.

• In October 2023, our Group paid out a first single-tier interim dividend of RM0.006 per ordinary share for the financial year ending 30 June 2024.

• In August 2023, our Group declared a first single-tier interim dividend of RM0.006 per ordinary share for the financial year ending 30 June 2024.

2022

• Secured a second contract from Thai Life Insurance Public Company Limited (ThaiLife) to perform a user acceptance test for its in-house developed Unit-Linked System.

• Paid out a single-tier interim dividend of RM0.012 per ordinary share for the financial year ending 30 June 2023.

• In February 2022, DynaFront Systems Berhad was converted into a private limited company and assumed the name of DynaFront Systems Sdn Bhd.

• Successfully issued 36 million new shares at 25 sen each.

• Entered into a teaming agreement with Silverlake Fermion Sdn Bhd to explore insurtech opportunities in the ASEAN region.

• Successfully listed on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities Malaysia.

• Engaged by a major multinational life insurance company in Indonesia to provide a system and gap analysis on unit-linked and accounting modules of their life administration system.

• Engaged by one the largest local insurers in Thailand to provide system and gap analysis on universal life products of their life administration system.

• Incorporation of DynaFront Holdings Berhad.

• Secured our first cloud-based managed services contract with an Indonesian life insurance company to support its conventional and investment-linked products for individual and group life businesses.

• Incorporation of PT DynaFront Systems Indonesia.

• Engaged by a Japanese multinational life insurance company in Indonesia to implement PrecentiaLife, to support its conventional and investment-linked business.  

• APAC CIO Outlook recognised DynaFront Systems as one of the Top 10 Insurance Technology Solution Providers in 2019.

• The application service provider contract with the corporate life insurance agency in Indonesia was superseded with a new application service provider contract that we entered into with a life insurance agency company. 

• Engaged as an application service provider with a life insurance agency company in Malaysia to implement PrecentiaLife Agency via a web portal to support its life agency distribution business.

2004

• Developed PrecentiaLife Agency, a software that enables insurance agencies to utilise a web-based agency portal to support their life agency distribution business.

• Expanded our geographical footprint to the Philippines through the implementation of PrecentiaAgent to support the bancassurance and agency distributions of an American life insurer based in the Philippines.

• Secured our first application service provider contract with a corporate life insurance agency based in Indonesia to implement PrecentiaLife Agency via a web portal to support its life agency distribution business.

• DynaFront Systems Sdn Bhd was converted to a public company and assumed the name of DynaFront Systems Berhad.

• Expanded our geographical footprint to Taiwan through the implementation of PrecentiaAgent to support the bancassurance and agency distributions of an American life insurer based in Taiwan.

• Developed and launched PrecentiaGroup to support the back-end group life administration systems for employee benefits.

• Launched PrecentiaAgent for a major multinational insurance group in Hong Kong.

• First foray into Indonesia upon being commissioned by an American life insurer based in Indonesia to implement PrecentiaLife (then PowerLink).

• Expanded our geographical footprint to Singapore upon being commissioned by a multinational insurance group based in Singapore to implement PrecentiaAgent.

• Launched PrecentiaAgent for a major multinational insurance group based in Singapore.
