We believe that the vision and experience of our management team have been fundamental to our Group’s success. Our founders worked in the insurance industry before setting up DynaFront Systems. In the initial years, their industry knowledge allowed us to understand and respond to the needs and requirements of our insurance customers and engineer appropriate solutions to support their operations and growth. This had been vital not only in securing new contracts, but also software design and development, project planning and solution implementation.

Chan Eng Lim
Mr. Chan serves as the Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Director, providing strategic leadership and overseeing the Group’s overall business direction, growth initiatives, and operational performance. He plays a central role in shaping the Group’s long-term vision, driving sustainable expansion, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality technology and insurance solutions across all markets.

Mr. Chan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Campbell University, USA, in 1988. He has accumulated more than 35 years of experience in the IT industry, with deep specialization in software development and IT consultancy for life insurance software solutions. His expertise spans enterprise platforms for life insurers, corporate agencies, and Takaful operators, making him a respected leader in the regional insurtech domain.

Upon completing his studies, Mr. Chan began his professional journey with Sime Darby Systems Sdn Bhd in 1998 as a Graduate Trainee and was soon promoted to Systems Engineer in the same year. In 1990, he joined Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad as an Executive in the IT department, where his strong performance led to subsequent promotions—first to Assistant Manager in 1992 and then to Deputy Manager in 1996. These roles provided him with extensive hands-on experience in enterprise systems and life insurance operations.

Leveraging his deep domain knowledge and industry insight, Mr. Chan co-founded DynaFront Systems Sdn Bhd, where he assumed the role of Director and Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, the Group has grown into a trusted provider of innovative life insurance and Takaful technology solutions across the region.

In recognition of his contributions to the IT industry, Mr. Chan received the Chivas Regal Achievement Unlimited Award in 2001—an accolade that honours individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and impact in advancing the nation’s technology landscape.

Driven by a clear vision for the future of life insurance, Mr. Chan is committed to transforming the industry through the adoption of advanced technology stacks, artificial intelligence, and emerging blockchain frameworks. He advocates for a new era of digital insurance—one that is faster, more transparent, data-driven, and customer-centric. Under his leadership, the Group is exploring AI-powered automation, predictive analytics, agentic AI, and blockchain-enabled policy frameworks to elevate operational efficiency, strengthen security, and unlock new business models. His forward-looking approach positions the Group at the forefront of insurtech innovation, paving the way for a modern, technology-empowered life insurance ecosystem.

Today, Mr. Chan continues to lead the Group with a strong commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth, guiding DynaFront toward new frontiers in digital transformation and insurance technology.
Gan Hui Ping
Ms Gan serves as the Executive Director and Group Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the Group's day-to-day administrative and operational functions. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring organisational efficiency, operational excellence, and the smooth execution of the Group’s strategic initiatives across all business units.

Ms Gan graduated from Campbell University, USA, with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1988. With more than 38 years of experience in IT, system implementation, and enterprise operations across various industries, she brings deep domain expertise and a strong track record of leadership in operational management.
​
She began her career in 1988 as a Programmer in the Administration/Finance Division of Yamaha Music Sdn Bhd, where she supported systems and developed in-house software applications. She later joined SolsisNet Sdn Bhd as a Workflow Consultant for Lotus Notes systems, where she handled project management, quality assurance oversight, and the implementation of enterprise workflow solutions.

In 1996, Ms Gan joined DynaFront Systems Sdn Bhd as a Manager and assumed a VP position in 2009, becoming one of the pioneers of senior management. Thereafter, Ms Gan was promoted to Group Chief Operating Officer in 2021. Over the years, she has been instrumental in shaping the Group's operational foundation, overseeing critical functions including business operations, human resource management, and financial administration. Her leadership has been central to strengthening organisational structure, sustaining financial resilience, and driving operational efficiency.

In addition to her portfolio as Group COO, Ms Gan possesses a deep understanding of the life insurance business and its operational intricacies. Her extensive exposure to industry workflows, system implementations, and enterprise requirements has enabled her to effectively bridge business objectives with technology capabilities. She also keeps abreast of the latest technology stacks and digital innovation trends, ensuring the Group continuously adapts, modernises, and enhances its solutions to meet evolving industry needs.

Beyond her operational responsibilities, Ms Gan provides strategic guidance to project teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that delivery standards, quality benchmarks, and client expectations are consistently met. Her deep experience, steady leadership, and commitment to excellence continue to play a vital role in the Group’s growth and long-term success.
Andrew Chan Shan Chern
Andrew serves as the Chief Innovation Officer, responsible for defining and driving DynaFront’s innovation agenda and ensuring the organisation remains ahead of emerging trends in the insurtech landscape. With a strong intuition for artificial intelligence and low-code/no-code technology stacks, he leads the exploration and development of new digital capabilities that unlock business value, enhance customer and distributor experiences, and create future-ready solutions for the insurance ecosystem.

He holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons) from the University of Wollongong (formerly KDU University College), Malaysia, and further strengthened his credentials with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sunderland, UK, in 2024.

Andrew began his journey with the Technology Innovation team, where he led transformative digital ecosystem initiatives. Notably, he and his team delivered platforms that support a major life insurance agency network across Malaysia and Indonesia, contributing to an annual new business generation of approximately RM800 million.
​
As Chief Innovation Officer, Andrew’s role focuses on identifying new opportunities for growth through innovation. He spearheads initiatives involving AI-driven business models, agent productivity tools, workflow optimisation, and data-powered decision-making solutions. He also champions the adoption of low-code and no-code platforms to accelerate digital delivery and empower internal teams with modern, agile tools.

In contrast to the CTO’s mandate over engineering, architecture, and product development, Andrew’s innovation remit centres on applying emerging technologies to create new value propositions, expand market opportunities, and shape the Group’s future strategic direction. His leadership ensures DynaFront continuously evolves in line with technological advancements and industry innovations.
Gan Hui Khoon
Mr. Gan serves as the Group’s Chief Information Officer, overseeing all IT-related matters and ensuring that the organisation’s technology environment remains secure, scalable, and high-performing. He is responsible for managing cloud infrastructures, enterprise systems, Data Science initiatives, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning integration across the Group’s platforms. His leadership ensures that the Group’s technology backbone supports operational excellence and aligns with long-term strategic goals.
​
Mr. Gan obtained a Certificate in Computing with Accounting from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College, Malaysia, in 1992, followed by an Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies from Informatics College, Malaysia, in 1994. With more than 33 years of IT knowledge and system implementation experience in the life insurance industry, he brings deep technical expertise and a strong foundation in enterprise systems development.

He began his career in 1992 at Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad as a Programmer, where he designed and developed life insurance administration systems and provided post-implementation technical support. In 1996, he joined L&L Computer Systems Sdn Bhd as Technical Support, responsible for resolving system issues and delivering technical assistance for customer installations.
​
Mr. Gan joined DynaFront Systems Sdn Bhd in 1997 as a Systems Analyst and steadily progressed through various technical and leadership roles before assuming the position of Chief Information Officer. As CIO, he centralises and manages the Group’s IT operations—ensuring seamless system integration, synchronisation of technology frameworks, and optimal performance across all business units. He also provides hands-on support to project teams, enhances system reliability, and contributes to the tendering and bidding processes for new contracts.
​
Mr. Gan played a pivotal role in the successful technology replatforming initiative for one of the largest takaful insurers in Malaysia. This major undertaking involved migrating the Group’s PrecentiaTakaful core family takaful system from proprietary technology to an open-source, cloud-ready architecture. Under his technical leadership, the replatforming resulted in significantly enhanced system performance, modern scalability, and long-term operational resilience—earning strong client recognition.

In his role, Mr. Gan leads the Group’s enterprise technology infrastructure, driving the adoption of modern cloud environments and advancing AI and data-driven engineering. His strong technical foundation, structured leadership, and deep industry insight continue to play a crucial role in supporting the Group’s mission to deliver robust and innovative insurance technology solutions.
Lim Shy Huey
Ms Lim serves as the Group’s Vice President for Business Solutions, overseeing project implementation and software development activities across the organisation. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise solutions and is also actively involved in supporting marketing initiatives and driving business growth.
​
Ms Lim graduated from Campbell University, USA, with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2002. She is also a Certified Scrum Master (2022), reflecting her commitment to modern agile delivery practices and continuous professional development. In her capacity as Project Director, she leads the implementation of the Group’s complete Life Administrative Core Ecosystem—encompassing enterprise platforms for takaful family and conventional life insurance (covering both traditional and investment-linked products) as well as the enterprise core ecosystem for Group insurance.

With over 23 years of experience in information technology and the insurance industry, Ms. Lim possesses extensive expertise in business solution consulting, system implementation, and client application support. Throughout her career, she has led development teams and delivered comprehensive system solutions to support the Group’s evolving product landscape.
​
Ms Lim was a lead developer who worked closely with the Solution Architect to design and develop PrecentiaLife, the Group’s backend Life Administrative Core Ecosystem for conventional life insurance products. She played a key role in building an agile and configurable insurance architecture that supports both traditional and complex investment-linked product functionalities, including fund auto-rebalancing, premium redirection, fund switching, single-premium top-ups, and regular investment premiums. She also has substantial experience in the development and implementation of takaful investment-linked products.
​
In 2023, she successfully led a team of developers to implement PrecentiaGroup, the group life insurance core system, for a Japanese-based multinational life insurance company in Indonesia.
​
In addition to her core responsibilities, Ms Lim is also instrumental in pre-sales activities. She conducts solution demonstrations for prospective clients, provides business consulting services to support strategic decision-making, and assists in the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Her deep domain expertise, communication skills, and ability to translate business needs into practical solution frameworks make her a valuable contributor to the Group’s business development and client engagement efforts.

Through her leadership, technical acumen, and comprehensive domain knowledge, Ms Lim continues to play a central role in delivering advanced and reliable insurance core solutions for the Group.
Soh Soo Fei
Ms Soh serves as the Group’s Chief Marketing Officer, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing dynamic sales and marketing strategies to drive the Group’s financial performance and market growth. She is responsible for setting revenue targets, overseeing sales teams, and leading initiatives that strengthen customer acquisition, enhance sales effectiveness, and expand the Group’s market presence. In addition, she oversees customer retention strategies, focusing on sustaining long-term customer relationships and maximising customer lifetime value. As part of her commercial leadership responsibilities, she also manages the Group’s value-added partnership program for overseas markets—developing and nurturing strategic partnerships, reseller networks, and channel alliances to support regional expansion and build a strong international commercial ecosystem.

Ms Soh graduated from Campbell University, USA, in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics. Her academic foundation has supported a long and successful career in the IT industry, where she has established herself as a senior leader of high-performing sales organisations.
​
She began her career with CSA / CSC Malaysia, a well-known local systems integrator, and subsequently held key positions in several multinational companies, including IBM and TecD Sdn Bhd (formerly Tech Data Advanced Solutions). Across these roles, she consistently demonstrated strong leadership in driving business expansion and building high-impact go-to-market strategies.
Her core responsibilities in previous positions included growing channel and partner ecosystems, strengthening customer engagement, managing product sales portfolios, and leading cross-functional teams. She is also highly experienced in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales professionals to achieve peak performance.

With her deep industry experience, strategic mindset, and proven leadership in sales and marketing execution, Ms Soh continues to play a crucial role in driving the Group’s commercial success and elevating its market position in the insurance technology industry.
Norul Wahida Binti Abdul Rahman
Ms. Norul serves as the Group’s Senior Manager for Finance & Administration, overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations, statutory reporting, and administrative functions. She is responsible for managing the Group’s financial health, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing key administrative activities—including client communication and personnel-related matters—to support smooth organisational operations.
​
She graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia, in 2003. With over 22 years of accounting and finance experience across medium to large organisations, she brings comprehensive expertise in financial management, reporting, budgeting, and operational administration.
​
Ms. Norul began her career in 2004 as an Account Executive at Tenco Berhad, where she handled manufacturing and trading accounts for chemical-based product businesses. Her responsibilities included preparing full sets of accounts for multiple subsidiary companies, producing monthly financial and management reports, and managing daily banking and financial matters.
In 2007, she joined Binary Consolidation Sdn Bhd as Account and Administration Manager. During her tenure, she managed full sets of accounts for manufacturing operations involving traditional health supplements and cosmetic products. She was also responsible for cashflow management, preparation of monthly and annual budgets, development of management accounts, and delivery of detailed sales analysis reports.

Ms. Norul joined DynaFront Systems Sdn Bhd in 2015 as Assistant Finance Manager. She was promoted to Manager in 2021 and subsequently to Senior Manager in 2024, reflecting her strong performance and leadership capabilities. In her current role, she oversees full sets of accounts for the Group, manages cashflow planning, prepares budget recommendations for business units, collaborates closely with external auditors, and handles the Group’s tax matters. In addition to her finance responsibilities, she also manages key administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency across the organisation.

With her solid financial expertise, structured leadership, and strong commitment to organisational excellence, Ms. Norul continues to play an essential role in supporting the Group’s strategic and operational objectives.
Wan Zamri Wan Zain
Encik Wan Zamri is currently the Managing Director of Sprint Milestone Sdn Bhd, a consultancy firm primarily involved in data analytics and AI. He graduated in Finance and Business Economics from the Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois, USA in 1982, and received his Master of Business Administration (Financial Management and Management Information System) from West Coast University, Los Angeles, USA in 1984.
Encik Wan Zamri is an experienced Islamic and conventional finance professional in the banking, insurance, and takaful sector, having held various executive roles in AmMetLife Takaful Berhad, AIA Takaful International Berhad, HSBC Amanah Takaful (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, HSBC Malaysia, and HSBC Hong Kong. His previous appointments include the Chief Executive Officer of AmMetlife Takaful Berhad in 2011-15 and the Chief Executive Officer of AIA Takaful International Berhad in 2008-2011.
Encik Wan Zamri previously served as an Independent Director at Zurich General Insurance Malaysia Berhad from January 2018 to December 2019, where he was the Chair of the Risk Management Committee and a member of the Audit, Nomination, and Remuneration committees. He also served as Independent Director from Oct 2017 to Jun 2019 at Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad, the largest Islamic cooperative bank in Malaysia. He held the Board Chair of the Audit Examination, Board Tender, and Board Financing Committee and member of the Nomination and Remuneration, Investment, and Risk Management Committees.
Encik Wan Zamri’s leadership experience covers the setting up and managing two new takaful operators, board committees chairmanship, as well as a regional leadership role in developing and managing investment and insurance business across 11 countries in Asia Pacific where HSBC operates. He has also provided insurance/takaful consultancy work in Indonesia in 2018.
Fazrin Azwar Bin Md. Nor
Encik Fazrin graduated from the University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) Honours Degree in 1990. He is an Advocate Solicitor and a member of the Malaysian BAR.
Encik Fazrin is currently the Managing Partner of Messrs Azwar & Associates. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM) and a Chartered Audit Committee member (CACD) The Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIAM).
In addition to his directorships in private companies such as Times Offset (M) Sdn Bhd, Alps Naigai Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd, and Kuchinta Holdings Sdn Bhd, he is also the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Benalec Holdings Berhad and the Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Mercury Industries Berhad, both of which are listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
Previously, he was also the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Daya Materials Berhad and a Senior Director (SINED) in Poh Kong Holdings Berhad. Other previous engagements include as Advisor to Penjana Kapital Sdn Bhd and INED in Tong Herr Resources Berhad, DPS Resources Berhad, Tek Seng Holdings Berhad, IRE-TEX Holdings Berhad, DK Corporation Berhad, and Englotechs Holdings Berhad.
He also advises several private and listed companies in Renewable Energy, Electric Vehicles, IT and telecommunications, Printing/Publishing, and Properties.
Chan Jia Xin
​​Ms. Chan serves as the Chief Technology Officer, leading the overall software development strategy and ensuring technological excellence across all initiatives. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s technology roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring that all platforms and digital solutions are aligned with the Group’s long-term strategic objectives.
She holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Computer Science) from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia. In addition, she is a Certified Scrum Master (2022) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (2021) under the Scrum Alliance. With more than eight years of experience in IT system implementation, she brings a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and delivery excellence.

Ms. Chan began her career at DynaFront Systems Sdn Bhd in 2017 as an IT Application Specialist, where she optimized application code, supported clients, and designed solutions to meet evolving business needs. Recognized early for her leadership potential, she was promoted to Team Lead in 2021, successfully guiding a team of developers in delivering next-generation digital insurance solutions. During this period, she also championed several internal digital transformation initiatives, demonstrating her ability to elevate operational efficiency and technical standards.

In 2024, she was appointed Deputy Chief Technology Officer in recognition of her strategic contributions and forward-looking vision. Her promotion to Chief Technology Officer in 2025 further solidified her role as a key driver of the Group’s technological evolution. As CTO, she has been instrumental in modernizing core projects through advanced technology stacks and engineering best practices. Notably, she played a major leadership role in a large-scale legacy system replatforming project launched in 2025—an initiative that significantly enhanced performance, stability, and scalability, and earned strong positive feedback from clients.
In addition to her core engineering and architecture responsibilities, Ms. Chan also oversees the Group’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy. She leads the adoption of AI-driven capabilities across product development, service delivery, and operational workflows, ensuring the Group remains ahead in leveraging machine learning, intelligent automation, and agentic AI to improve efficiency and decision-making. Under her leadership, the Group has begun integrating AI-enhanced features into its insurance platforms and exploring new AI frameworks to drive innovation and long-term competitiveness.

Today, Ms. Chan continues to lead the Group’s technology strategy with a focus on sustainable growth, engineering excellence, AI-driven innovation, and continuous advancement of the Group’s digital insurance solutions.

Agnes Chan Kim Hong
Agnes Chan Kim Hong is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and commercial litigation. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of London and is a member of both the Malaysian Bar and MAISCA.
​
Agnes began her career in 1987, gaining valuable experience as the Head of Corporate Secretarial at Messrs Shearn Delamore & Co and later at Messrs Shook Lin & Bok, where she advised on corporate restructuring, shareholding structures, compliance matter, contract negotiations and regulatory compliance.
​
In 1995, she established her own practice as a Partner at Messrs Azlinda & AgnesChan, where she continues to provide comprehensive legal advisory services. She specializes in corporate law, assisting multinational and domestic corporations with corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory matters. Her expertise also extends to dispute resolution, where she has successfully represented clients in various commercial litigation cases.

With career spanning over three decades, Agnes brings a wealth of expertise to her practice, offering strategic legal counsel to clients navigating complex legal frameworks and business transactions.
​
Beyond her legal practice, Agnes holds directorship positions in several prominent organizations. She serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of EcoFirst Consolidated Berhad and holds directorships in Subur Asiamas Sdn Bhd and Tsea Sdn Bhd, both subsidiaries of Sarawak Oil Palm Berhad. Additionally, she is actively involved in Buss Consulting Pte Ltd, a Singapore-registered firm that provides consultancy services to Allianz Life Insurance in Malaysia and Indonesia.
